Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Dezyn at dezynhq.com. By creating an account or using Dezyn, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

You must be at least 13 to use Dezyn, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy a paid plan. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your work stays yours

You own everything you create and upload: your brand, designs, tech packs, images, and notes. You give Dezyn permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload.

Plans and billing

• Dezyn has a free plan and paid monthly plans. Plan features and limits are shown on the home page.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each period.
• You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the free plan. Your data is not deleted when you cancel.
• Payments are not refundable for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, email us and we will make it right.
• If we change a plan's price, we will tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from the following billing period.

The Brand Guide and AI features

The Brand Guide and Brand Analyzer use AI to give advice and suggestions. They can be wrong. Costs, margins, fabric specs, lead times, and anything else they produce are starting points, not guarantees. Check important numbers before you spend money on them, and use your own judgment.

Factory search

Factory search shows public listings from third-party marketplaces such as Alibaba. Dezyn does not vet, endorse, or guarantee any supplier, and any verification badge belongs to the marketplace, not to Dezyn. Do your own checks, such as samples, references, and a small test order, before you place an order or pay a supplier. Any deal you make with a supplier is between you and them.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or upload content that infringes someone else's rights;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around plan limits or security;
• overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• resell or share access to a paid plan outside your own team.

Usage limits on AI messages and searches exist to keep the service affordable for everyone, and we may adjust them over time.

Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using Dezyn at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your work.

Changes to Dezyn and these terms

Dezyn is growing, and features will change. We may update these terms as it does. When a change is significant, we will let account holders know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dezyn after that means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

Dezyn is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suited to a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dezyn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made using the service, including production or supplier decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Dezyn in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections your local law gives you.
